Fixed the bug where canvas doesn't resize with bigger screen.

1. When player's screen resolution is higher than 1440*900, the canvas doesn't resize with it. This bug now has been fixed!
2. When player drags a card rapidly, the card that is being dragged can't catch up with the cursor. This bug now has been fixed!
